Awaiting Payment - Your payment is currently pending. Your order will remain in this status until your payment has been confirmed by our payment processing bank.
Paid - Your payment has been confirmed by our processing bank and your order will begin processing.
Awaiting Processing - Your order has yet to be processed, This is normally due to pending payment.
Processing - Your order is currently being processed.
Ready For Pickup - Your order is ready for pickup at our designated pickup location.
Out For Delivery - Your order is currently enroute to your delivery address.
Delivered - Your order has been successfully delivered to your address.
Returned - The courier returned your order to our location.
Shipping and Delivery
- Deliveries within Metro Manila: A minimal ₱100 shipping fee will be added to your total bill. Free shipping for single-transactions worth ₱3,000 and above. Delivery turnaround time is between two to four days.
- Deliveries outside Metro Manila: There will be a ₱300 shipping fee added to your total bill. Free shipping for single-transactions worth ₱8,000 and above. Delivery turnaround time is between five to eight days.

Returns & Refund Policy
Returns: Products may be returned for a refund within the first 7 days from the date of the purchase, excluding the shipping charge unless noted specifically on the individual product page. We cannot accept returns of products that are empty, on sale or have been discontinued. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return.

- Exchanges: If your purchase is within the 7-day margin, you may opt to exchange your item(s). In order to process this exchange you must email firstname.lastname@example.org and put EXCHANGE in the subject line. Your new item will be sent out once the previous item has been received and reviewed by our staff. If the new product ordered is more than the return credit, please specify what form of payment you would like to use to satisfy the account balance and complete the exchange. We do not accept exchanges of products that are empty.
For cancellation, please email us at email@example.com with subject CANCEL. Once order cancellation has been confirmed, we will send you an email to confirm the cancellation and process your payment refund. We will refund the payment to the credit card account used in your online order. We will process the refund when we receive the item/s in our warehouse. Normally, it takes up to 14 business days to process your refund. However, delays may happen depending on your credit card company's policy.
